Two-for-Tuesday: Christmas Chaos & Tequila Cocktails 🎄🍸

Holiday edition — because my exams are exam-ing and I needed a little festive chaos in my week.

Okay besties… today’s Two-for-Tuesday is ICONIC. We’re pairing a holiday rom-com on Tubi with a tequila drink that’s cute, sweet, and just messy enough to fit the energy.

 Movie Pick: Girlfriends of Christmas Past (2016) 🎬

If you love drama, girl-gang revenge, and a little bit of romance sprinkled on top like powdered sugar… this one’s for you.

Three women get dumped by the same guy (ugh) and team up to ruin his life just a little. It’s petty, it’s festive, it’s chaotic, and it’s on Tubi for free, so there’s literally no excuse not to watch.

Perfect if you need something light and entertaining while you wrap gifts or procrastinate your math studying. (Relatable.)

Drink of the Week: Merry Berry Tequila Spritz 🍸✨ 

A girly, sparkly, berry-forward tequila drink that tastes like holiday cheer and questionable decisions.

✨ Ingredients (1 serving):

  • 1.5 oz tequila (silver works best)

  • 2 oz cranberry juice

  • 1 oz pomegranate juice

  • ½ oz lime juice

  • ½ oz simple syrup (or honey)

  • Splash of ginger ale or club soda

  • Fresh cranberries or raspberries for garnish

  • Lime slice or rosemary sprig (optional but cute)

✨ Instructions:

  1. Fill a glass with ice.

  2. Add tequila, cranberry juice, pomegranate juice, lime, and simple syrup.

  3. Shake if you want it blended OR just stir gently.

  4. Top with ginger ale or club soda for sparkle.

  5. Garnish with berries + lime.

  6. Put on comfy pajamas, press play on Tubi, and sip like the festive queen you are.

It’s sweet but not too much, super aesthetic, and totally holiday-party-friendly.
